Dexter Brandao doesn't just know Miami’s communities and entertainment options as only a native can. He’s a Spanish-speaking real estate expert who has closed more than $50 million in sales over his career — $20 million in 2021 alone. He has achieved these numbers by providing his clients with the best service possible while making a positive impact on the communities he serves. In the process, he has built a team of professionals who truly care for their clients, first at The Dexter Brandao Real Estate Group and now at Chez Realty, a firm he co-founded in 2022.

Dexter is known for his clear, consistent communication, and his main objective is to develop a personal relationship with each and every client. It’s not uncommon for him to connect with someone casually, create a connection, and later become their agent of choice for multiple homes. That’s because he’s motivated by a genuine desire to help people, and he loves being there for them no matter where the journey leads.

An agent since 2014, Dexter’s friendly attitude puts people at ease, and his bachelor’s degree in finance gives him a nuanced perspective on the industry. He has also curated relationships with top-notch professionals who can assist clients with any real estate-related matter. If you’re buying, selling, renting, or investing, contact Dexter today. He’ll ensure you’re in the know about Miami as he works hard to deliver your ideal outcome.
